Police and Crime Commissioner invites residents for one-to-one sessions on crime and policing

Residents of Norfolk are being invited to meet with the newly elected Police and Crime Commissioner, Colin Sutton, to discuss any issues they may have about crime and policing.

This will be the first regular ‘Time to Talk’ session, where residents will have the opportunity to have direct access to Colin.  These sessions will begin on Friday 28 August 2026.

The event will be held virtually over Microsoft Teams or over the telephone, allowing people to ask questions or share their concerns in a ‘surgery-style’ format within fifteen-minute slots.

“I’m about to launch my Police and Crime Plan consultation.  The Plan will set out my strategic direction for policing the county with objectives for how policing services will be delivered in Norfolk, so I’m really keen to hear from people about their issues and concerns, as this will inform my Plan,” said Colin Sutton.

“From mid-September, I will be travelling around the county to meet with as many residents as possible to get their views first hand, at a local level, in their neighbourhoods, so this Time to Talk session will be a great way to meet some of you in advance.”

If you are interested in booking a ‘Time to Talk’ online or telephone session with the PCC on Friday 28 August between 9.00am and 1.00pm, please email: opccn@norfolk.police.uk or call: 01953 42455.

Alternatively, you can submit a request for a meeting via the contact form on our website.

Requests must be submitted by no later than 5pm Tuesday 25 August 2026.
