Contacting the Norfolk PCC office
Following recent Government announcements regarding Coronavirus, we have made some temporary changes to the way the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk (OPCCN) functions.
In line with national guidance, the OPCCN team has moved to remote working. If possible, email or phone contact should be made directly with the member of staff required. Office phone lines are being diverted to individuals working from home.
If you do not have those contact details, the main email address for the office is opccn@norfolk.pnn.police.uk and the inbox will be regularly monitored. If you wish to ring the office, dial 01953 424455 but please note that you may be asked to leave a message and a member of the team will call you back.
During this time we may not be able to respond to your enquiry as quickly as we would like, and for that we ask for and appreciate your understanding.
In an emergency, call 999. Please support our emergency services by only using 999 in an emergency.
For all general police enquiries, dial 101.
